The following terms and conditions of reservation and cancellation apply to all our quotations and confirmations.
You can buy tickets for Het Arsenaal at the ticket office. It is also possible to buy tickets in advance We also have working agreements with a lot of holiday stay facilities and VVVs (Tourist Information Agencies) in Zeeland.
It is not possible to reserve entrance tickets. You can always be sure that you will be able to get in.

Het Arsenaal is fully accessible for people in wheelchairs (with the exception of the ship simulator and the Pirate Mission). All floors can be reached using the internal lift. Het Arsenaal also has an disabled toilet. For more details, please contact us.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Het Arsenaal does not have a cloakroom.
A visit to Het Arsenaal takes about half a day.

The use of Het Arsenaal’s images for commercial purposes is not allowed.
